Q. Do you cut back the plants to fit in the box?
A. We take special care when packaging your plants and rarely if ever cut your plants to fit the in the box.

Q. Is there anything you don’t send by courier?
A. Unfortunately, in most cases we can’t send trees, compost, or pottery by post. The couriers have a limit on size and weight. Please contact us directly if you need to check your specific requirements.

Q. What if the plant I ordered is not in stock?
A. We really try to make sure our stock levels are kept up to date. However, there are times when we sell out, or simply pot on a batch of plants, making them unsuitable for sale at that time. We will contact you directly to offer you an alternative if this happens.

Q. Do you deliver outside Ireland?
A. Unfortunately, we do not. We deliver to all counties on the island of Ireland for the same price. The cost is €17 per 10 plants. Sometimes we can fit more plants in the box, in which case we will contact you to let you know.

Q. Why don’t you answer the phone?
A. We try our best, but our work means we are outside most of the time. Either we are in the nursery with our hands wet and dirty or we are dealing with customers in the Garden Centre. Please email us or leave a message on the answering machine.
